A new qualification was released at the end of April 2024 and we are in the process of applying to deliver the updated qualification (AHC31824) from January 2025.

Transition to new qualification AHC31824 Certificate III in Beekeeping
This nationally recognised qualification provides the skills and knowledge of a honey bee beekeeper.
This program covers the establishment of beehives and apiaries, the transport of live bees and the responsible management of bees for commercial honey production and provision of pollination services in accordance with legislation, regulations and codes of practice specifically those related to biosecurity.
